Darcy Arone, Treasurer for the Upper Tonka Little League, was present and requested the use of Thor Thompson Park for the Little League for practice only.Rockvam asked if the infield needs work and Arone said it was currently acceptable.He added the City has regulations that apply to the Little League.Arone said the park would be used approximately twice a week.
