Eugene has 16 years of working experience in Asia and Europe and has worked for multilateral and inter-governmental agencies, the private sector and non-governmental organisations. A specialist in development work, project design and management, fundraising and training, he is responsible for partnership building and project management in the AOC & Associates Group. Eugene is the founder and Group Managing Director of AOC & Associates Group.

Group Managing Director, Eugene Raj Arokiasamy met with Minister Ovidio de Jesus Amaral of the Telecommunication and Post of Timor Leste to discuss the ministry's support and involvement in the Dili International Youth Forum on ICT and Youth 2003. The Ministry has agreed to be actively involved in drafting the National Action Plan for Youth and ICT. Eugene also discussed future ICT projects for the Government of Timor Leste.

Election Monitoring in Cambodia
