Mike Arnold has worked with technology to help improve the quality of people's lives for over 10 years.This unique experience can help IHFC customers with the "Return to Work" or "Job Accommodation" process.Facilitating alternate ways of doing work (i.e. speech recognition technology, individualized seating, custom-built workstations, accessible filing systems, specialized training, etc.) is Mike's specialty.

Mike studied at the University of Waterloo and is a Certified Kinesiologist (CK).Mike is a Writing Aids Authorizer with the Ontario Ministry of Health.He has guest lectured at several universities and at the 1998 Human Factors Association of Canada (HFAC) conference.
