Jill Arnold is the driving force behind ePlay.She started researching the market while she was pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School.With the support of a leading venture capital professor, Arnold accurately predicted a business model which forecast the future of kids' media as Web-based.

Arnold's strategic thinking and planning is demonstrated by a 12-year record of accomplishment in sales and marketing at companies including Xerox, Johnson & Johnson, and Mindscape (now Mattel, Inc.) . In addition, she founded, led, and grew children's and arts organizations for the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Cleveland Ballet.Arnold holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University.
