Mark Armitage has a Linguistics degree from the University of Birmingham and a Law degree from Birmingham Polytechnic.He is a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys by examination and registered to practice before the European Community Trade Mark Office.He joined Withers & Rogers in 1987 from Sandoz in Switzerland, and is a partner in our Leamington Spa Office.Mark handles trade mark prosecution work for British and overseas Clients, including a well known US software multinational, and for our overseas Associates.He has particular experience in dealing with the Community Trade Mark Office.
