Two of my favorite things in the world are space-rock and The Dark Crystal, so imagine my happiness when I was made aware of this trippy, mesmerizing clip that features footage from the movie set to new music by The Scarecrow Frequency , the nom de shoegaze of John Argetsinger, a New York-via-Alaska musician and photographer whose great, ghostly tunes remind me of both Bedhead and Come On Die Young -era Mogwai.Check it:
