Don Argetsinger

Don Argetsinger of Anchorage has been named chief executive officer of Koniag Services Inc., a subsidiary of Koniag Development Corp.KDC is the business arm of Koniag Inc., the Native regional corporation for the Kodiak area, owned by 3,300 Aleut and Alutiiq shareholders.Argetsinger has 22 years of management and consulting experience in a wide range of industries, including natural resources, construction and tourism.He has served as a business and management consultant, was chief executive of Klukwan Inc. for five years and was a senior manager at NANA Regional Corporation.

Don Argetsinger has worked at Koniag since 2003.He began as president and chief executive officer of Koniag Services, Inc. and in early 2005, Argetsinger was named chief operating officer of KDC.

Argetsinger has extensive business experience that includes 25 years of management and consulting experience in a wide variety of Alaska industries, over 20 years in executive positions with ANCSA corporations and nine years of policy-level experience in the state and federal branches of the government.
