   Broward County's Children's Services Council signed a two-year contract with its current CEO Cindy Arenberg.
   
   The council is an independent taxing authority established by public referendum Sept. 5, 2000, to provide leadership and raise money for children's programs.
   
   Before heading the council, Arenberg was the director of Broward County's Department of Human Services Children's Services Administration Division. Under her new contract, Arenberg now makes $105,000.
