Degree in Accounting - Farleigh Dickinson University - Knowledge and leadership began in his early years of training in the construction trades with the paisans ( Italian countrymen ). Grandfathered by an Italian master architect , Andy is a tireless hands-on leader always available for the consumer , construction team or anyone involved in his product.
   
   Nan Arena , B.A. Degree from the University of Arizona and an ongoing student of design , architecture and marketing. She oversees the Arena design corporation - Nan Design , Inc. Nan is also the Broker for Arena Realty , Inc. , who markets the Arena Homes , and is a very active real estate company in all prices and areas of Tucson , Arizona.
   
   Bruno J. Arena , B.S. Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Masters Degree from Montclair State College. His is Comptroller for all the Arena companies.
   
   Kelly Copeland , B.S. Degree from the University of Arizona in Finance , Real Estate and Accounting.

   Besides the Mountain Cove development , Arena has several homes under construction in Dove Mountain Golf Club , Canyon Ranch and on clients' private lots. His company completes between 12 and 20 homes each year. He likes to keep the volume of building under control so that quality can be maintained at each site. The flavor of the home may bring in a feeling of the outdoors , but noise and weather extremes are excluded by Arena's high standards of ample insulation , thermal-pane windows , and solid construction.
   
   A quality home , the Arenas said , results from experience , supervision , and quality materials and workmanship. While much of the large scale labor is done by subcontractors , Arena Homes has a permanent staff of approximately 10 people who do detail work.
