    Charles P. Arand, chairman of the department of systematic theology at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, will be the featured speaker at the fifth annual Visiting Theologian Weekend Feb. 21 and Feb. 22.

    Pacific Hills Lutheran Church, 1110 S. 90th St., will host the event.

    Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. Feb. 21, followed by a continental breakfast at 9 a.m. Arand, author of "The Genius of Luther's Theology: A Wittenberg Way of Thinking for the Contemporary Church," will speak at 9:30 a.m.

    Cost is $15; $10 for students. Reservations for the event are due Feb. 18 by e-mailing revhawk@cox.net.

    Arand also will speak at the 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday services Feb. 22.
