Diego Arancibia Director of Staff and Program Development

Diego Arancibia has worked in the field of After-School for the past decade. His experience ranges from working with elementary, middle school and high school students at the various programmatic and administrative levels. His innovative methods of marketing and programming, has produced some of the most successful programs in the nation. Also, as a trainer of trainers with the Institute of Cultural Affairs, he has traveled across the nation training youth program advocates in consensus building and action planning. Currently, Diego is the Director of Training & Program Development with Los Angeles After-School All-Stars and is one of the featured Trainers for the National After-School Academy. Diego lives in Compton California with his wife and two children.
