San Diego.In 2004, Arancibia became an assistant professor at Miramar Community College.His creative work depicts and comments on the lives of immigrants on the border.His critical work focuses on performance poetry and the genre's relation to social spaces.He thanks his parents, Adrián and Victoria who have sacrificed everything for their children and grandchildren's dreams.He offers gratitude to his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephew who have taught him that a full home and laughter are cures to all ills.With his wife Delia, he has found that elusive step that haunts us all, balance.
