   David April, CAM, CM, CRM, DBA Chief Operating Officer Dr. David April oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of PROTEA, coordinates strategic planning, and directs several functions within the Administration Division. In addition to the Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, David holds both the Master and Doctor of Business Administration degrees along with numerous management certifications, including the Certified Administrative Manager designation, all assuring a strong management direction at PROTEA. David relies on extensive administrative management experience gained not only within the health care environment, but from other industries as well. For ten years prior to joining PROTEA, David was the Director of Administrative Services for Community Health and Counseling Services, a major health care organization in Maine.
