  ABOUT THE AUTHOR
  
  Omar Antila was born and raised in Finland. He spent most of his childhood and teenage years practicing martial arts, which laid the foundation for his spiritual exploration and interest in subtle energies. After serving a year in the Finnish army and working as a security guard for 4 years, Omar moved to Oregon to be with his love, Nichole.

  Nowadays Omar works as a Holistic Health Practitioner combining energy healing techniques with energy psychology and bioenergy field imaging. He is experienced with many energy healing systems but currently he mostly works with Amara Spiritual Empowerment, a new system developed and founded by Omar and his wife Nichole. Omar is also a faculty member at Holistic Healers Academy and a freelance software quality analyst for a well-known IT company.
  
  In December 2003 Omar and Nichole set up a small business called Omnispirit. Currently Omnispirit can only be found online at http://www.omnispirit.net but in the near future Omar and Nichole hope to manifest a physical location as well where they can offer workshops, artwork and various metaphysical items.
