Keith’s career as a Consultant and Project Manager has spanned more than fifteen years.  He is a Certified Project Manager and has applied his experience to lead projects successfully through the full cycle of development.  He uses his skills as a team leader to shape groups of talented technicians into a cohesive and productive consulting unit resulting in effective value creation for the client.  He makes use of Microsoft Project and has hands-on knowledge of the more popular enterprise packages.As an International Implementation Consultant, he introduced enterprise systems to clients in a variety of industry verticals.  He established billable consulting teams to install enterprise systems, defined training and documentation programs, resolved client customization and scope issues, supported system turnover to the client, and created post-deployment support business opportunities.  He managed customer expectations, anticipated risk, defined budgets, and communicated regularly with all project stakeholders. His Project Manager skills have been developed in areas ranging from IT software development, aircraft manufacture, support of sales professionals, european banking, and world-wide mining projects.  He has participated in management teams responsible for full life cycle implementations.  From widely diverse sources, he gathers, refines, organizes, and presents the client needs in a clear set of requirements.He currently is Program Manager of Four Torch Enterprises, Inc with primary responsibilities for projects relating to customer interface, marketing, supply chain management, lean design in a competitive environment, and maintenance of a sustainable market advantage.
