He makes use of Microsoft Project and has hands-on knowledge of the more popular enterprise packages.As an International Implementation Consultant, he introduced enterprise systems to clients in a variety of industry verticals. He established billable consulting teams to install enterprise systems, defined training and documentation programs, resolved client customization and scope issues, supported system turnover to the client, and created post-deployment support business opportunities. He managed customer expectations, anticipated risk, defined budgets, and communicated regularly with all project stakeholders. His Project Manager skills have been developed in areas ranging from IT software development, aircraft manufacture, support of sales professionals, european banking, and world-wide mining projects. He has participated in management teams responsible for full life cycle implementations.
