Brooks Andrews has been promoted to financial services representative at First Citizens Bank at 2607 Mill St. in Winterville.

A Farmville native, Andrews received her bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 and is an advisory council member for the Food Bank of North Carolina.
