   Amy Andresen is integral to the marketing, promotion, and leasing of new and existing development projects.Leasing responsibilities include tenant selection/qualification, procurement, proposal and lease negotiations, and tenant relations.Her experience with sales and marketing of commercial real estate helps Amy identify changes in the marketing environment and develop competitive leasing strategies for properties owned by NexCore Group and its clients.
   
   With a background in commercial real estate brokerage, Amy previously worked for CB Richard Ellis, a large commercial real estate firm, where she was involved in the sales and marketing of commercial properties.Her experience includes leasing over three million square feet of commercial office properties.
   
   Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado and is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.
