ROCK HILL -- Mrs. Virginia Louise "Jinny" Jones Anderson, 81, of 547-C Orchard Lane died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2006, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Shelton Sanford and Mr. William S. Weaver officiating.Burial will be at 1:15 p.m. Saturday at Forest Hills Cemetery.
A native of Union City, Tenn., Mrs. Anderson was a daughter of the late Louis W. Jones and Allye Jane Vernon Jones.She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi, was an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and volunteered with the Friends of the Library at the York County Library and at the church's library.
Surviving are her daughter, Virginia Louise "Jinilyn" Anderson of Rock Hill; and her sister, Lila J. Wicklund of Urbana, Ill.
