   As the managing partner of Andcor, Ty directs and manages client accounts and is responsible for leading professional search, candidate assessment and project management.
   
   In January 2008 Ty acquired Andcor Companies, Inc. and as a result is intimately involved in the day-to-day business operations and financial management of Andcor's equity portfolio.
   
   Ty joined Andcor in 2003.Prior to Andcor, he gained valuable experience working at Milestone Growth Fund, Inc., a Minnesota-based venture capital firm focused on providing equity-type financing to minority businesses.In college, he worked as a marketing intern at Stellent, Inc., a global provider of enterprise content management solutions.Ty earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
