   Troy Anderson, vice president of sales and corporate development, joined Cypress Software in March 2001.In addition to creating growth through new sales, he is also responsible for implementing and training new customers, pursuing and cultivating strategic partnerships and assisting existing customers with ongoing product support.
   
   Prior to joining Cypress, Troy served as vice president of Middle Market Lending at Guaranty Bank in Dallas, Tx., where he was primarily responsible for generating new relationships with medium-sized businesses in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area.During his tenure there, he closed loans with commitments of more than $50 million and managed a portfolio of commitments exceeding $75 million.
   
   He began his career with Bank One as a credit analyst in Ft. Worth, Tx., and was quickly promoted into the commercial lending department, where he focused on the Oil & Gas industry.While at Bank One, he closed loans with commitments of more than $100 million.
   
   Troy holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
