   Through 17 years of leadership, management, software engineering and testing, process definition, customer satisfaction, technical support, market analysis, and business planning, Tom has developed excellent analysis skills that enable him to rapidly learn about new businesses and then apply proven techniques to formulate options and help our customers select the best possible approaches to their business needs.
   
   Prior to joining Cayenne Consulting, Tom directed the software test, technical support, and IT infrastructure functions of a software security, anti-piracy, and e-commerce firm in Scottsdale, AZ. He also provided business development services to companies in the renewable energy and web design industries. Earlier, Tom led the system test efforts for the flagship products of Honeywell's Industrial Controls division, and performed technical support and failure analysis functions. An expert in the field of software and system test, Tom has presented papers, which focused on managing risk and achieving sustainable ROI through test management and test automation, at international conferences. Tom received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine, and took graduate courses in Computer Engineering at Loyola College.
   
   Tom's broad background of software skills includes development and testing of commercial products using HTML/DHTML, ASP, VisualBasic, C/C++, COM/DCOM, SQL, JavaScript, Pascal, various Assembly Languages, and numerous process control application development systems. He also has significant experience with a number of test automation, configuration management, and defect tracking tools, and administrative experience with IIS, Exchange, SQL, and Oracle servers.
   
   Tom has held volunteer and leadership roles in charity organizations, including serving as Vice President and President of Honeywell Employee's Reaching Out (HERO). He is actively involved with alternative energy and electric vehicle groups.
