   Todd Anderson - designer. In order to meet requirement of the house to the south, the Steven's would have to lower their house another five feet. The negative would be how the driveway would approach the home. Right now the garage sits seven feet lower than the street at the point were the garage door and driveway meet. This would them to go down 12 feet, making the driveway much steeper.
   
   Board member Pusey asked how far back from the street are they proposing?

   Mr. Anderson stated that the front wall of the home will be 90 feet back from the property line.
   
   Board member Hollberg asked how does elevation of this driveway compare with driveway of the existing home to the south? What is the maximum slope allowed?
   
   Mr. Anderson stated that due to the topography number of feet difference between the northeast corner of the Steven's and northeast corner of neighbor. Our driveway has a greater drop - about at 12% slope as proposed. If we drop another five feet we'd be in excess of 16% which exceeds the maximum slope of 15%.
