   It was moved by Mrs. Young, seconded by Mr. Blair, that the Board adopts the following proclamations for Chris Mehaffie, David Feverston, Ryan Anderson, and Thomas Anderson, recognizing their receiving the Eagle Scout Award from the Boy Scouts of America.

   Thomas Anderson
   
   Whereas, Thomas Anderson of Troop 516 in Centerville, Ohio, will be receiving his prestigious Eagle Scout award from the Boy Scouts of America; and
   
   Whereas, Thom has held many different leadership positions including Guide, Quartermaster and Senior Patrol Leader. He participated in Bear Claw through the Council as a participant and also on staff. Thomas has earned his Firecrafter rank and went to the Boy Scout Jamboree and Philmont.
   
   Whereas , Thom attends Centerville High School, participates in the Centerville Jazz Band and Jazz Ensembles, and is a member of the Basketball Pep Band. Thom has been in the Engineering Block Program and plans on majoring in mechanical engineering.
   
   Whereas, for his Eagle project, Thom built a deck for the Centerville Washington Township Park District at Donnybrook Park.
   
   Now, therefore, be it proclaimed by the Washington Township Board of Trustees, Montgomery County, Ohio, that Thomas Anderson be congratulated on fulfilling this significant requirement for his advancement to Eagle Scout, and that he and other members of Boy Scout Troop 516 be sincerely thanked for their contributions to our community.
