Thom Anderson joined the Illinois Institute for Rural Affairs in July of 1999. He currently manages both the Peace Corps Fellows Program (PCF) and the Volunteer Training and Support Program (VOLTS). He also teaches undergraduate courses in leadership and program development at Western Illinois University.
