Thomas Wayne Anderson Sr., 49, of 1689 Scarborough Dr., was arrested by Department of Insurance investigations when he failed to appear in court Wednesday.Kinston and Greenville police assisted with the arrest, according to a press release.He was processed by Kinston police and helped on a $25,000 bond.
Anderson was originally charged in June 2006 with two counts of embezzlement.He faced allegations that he kept $6,000 in premiums for pre-needs burials, which he sold at the funeral home.
