   Terry Anderson, President. The founder and owner of ERT, Inc., and Chimney Hill Estate Enterprises, Inc., Terry has spent 15 years building successful businesses in the areas of fire service training, creative event productions, the hotel/hospitality industry, and animal husbandry. A former merchant mariner and petrochemical firefighter (the Exxon company's first female firefighter), she epitomizes the independent creative spirit and entrepreneurial success that's at the heart of the Anderson Media Group. Terry is the owner/operator of Chimney Hill Bed & Breakfast, an historic property that's one of the premier bed-and-breakfast and meeting facilities on the East Coast. She's the past president of the New Jersey Society of Fire Service Instructors and is active in many community organizations and projects.
