    Security Services Northwest, Inc. (SSNW), a rapidly growing, full service security company operating in Port Townsend, WA since 1977, announced that Steve Anderson of the Counter Assault Team (CAT) has completed training at the world renowned Witmer-Tyson Kennel's K-9 bomb handler school.

    Anderson, who served as a K-9 handler in the U.S. Army, completed his training and was designated SSNW's first explosives detection specialist serving on a K-9 unit for work within the CAT.Upon their return to Port Townsend, Anderson and "Perro," the German Shepherd paired with Anderson for the special explosives detection training program, were immediately deployed for a CAT mission providing security at a downtown Seattle pier for the Department of Defense.

    STEPHEN THOMAS ANDERSON was born in California and became a True American Hero.He got sprayed by agent orange while in vietnam when he was 17 years old.He came back to this country after being shot by a vietnamese in the abdomen.It severed his spinal cord , but he learned to walk again.He became a computer design engineer in the early '70's , and in 1991 decided to combine computer technology and cinematography.

    He went to school at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara , where he earned his degree in cinematography.His graduation took place about a month before he died of cancer caused by the agent orange.

    He died at in Santa Barbara , January 27 , 1996.He is listed in Who's Who in America for his outstanding accomplishments.He contributed so much to everyone who came near him.He gave without asking , he smiled freely , he really cared , and he turned opposition into opportunity.Within him was the energy of a saint , a man who knew God.He loved his friends , and he loved his family.

    He was the All-American-Hero , 60's style , who transformed himself into a 90's man.He was truly the most incredible man I have ever met.He showed me what love means.

    District Judge Thomas Schroeder ordered Steven Anderson, 49, of 1413 6th Street West, Britton, S.D., to serve three of the five felony aggravated forgery charges against him.
