   As President and CEO of Waterstone Financial Group, Steve is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, strategic planning and marketing. After joining Dreher and Associates as President of Insurance Services in 1993, Steve assumed much broader responsibilities, ultimately becoming Vice President of Dreher and Associates. Originally an agency manager with Country Companies, Steve also works with a limited number of business owners and executives in their estate and retirement planning.

   Mr. Anderson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Waterstone Financial Group. Mr. Anderson is responsible for the relationships between the broker dealer and their over 550 registered representatives on a day to day basis. He also coordinates the relationships between the various product providers and Waterstone. Mr. Anderson is a member of the PSD technology committee which decides on the various technology that will be available to the registered representatives.
   
   Mr. Anderson has served as Vice President of Dreher & Associates and as President of Dreher Insurance Services. Both of these companies were merged in to Waterstone Financial Group in October of 2002.
