   A special Contest version of the SurfWindow is being issued to US members over 18 - it's poorly worded on the site , but Jim Alles' notes of a chat with Sharon Anderson of ePIPO clarify that anyone already earning cash thru the normal SurfWindow will be able to enter the contest after they complete their 50 hours.
