   Sharon is a senior solicitor and head of the Land Department at Vincent Sykes & Higham.Sharon has worked in the profession for over 10 years and has also been a lecturer in her area of expertise for a number of years.Before qualifying as a solicitor, her previous employment was as a computer programmer and operator.
   
   Sharon specializes in commercial property work including development, leasehold acquisitions, landlord and tenant, agricultural law, charitable land, general land law and business acquisitions and sales.As head of the land department, Sharon also deals with more complex residential development site acquisitions and disposals including options, infrastructure and collaborations agreements.In her spare time, Sharon enjoys music, horses, gardening and her mad doberman, Dino.
