   Airtel began as just an idea between brothers who had spent over 20 years combined in the communications infrastructure industry. Both of the brothers had very full lives growing other companies separately and even one together. After selling the company they built together, Ron held a couple of meetings with investors about their concept for Airtel. The initial investors were so impressed with the plan for Airtel, as well as the expertise and contacts of its proposed team, that they immediately funded its operations. This funding then allowed Ron Anderson to fill out the rest of their team with a core group of individuals they had extensively worked with before and who they knew to be very experienced in Airtel's industry.

   Ron Anderson has over 9 years experience in the communications infrastructure industry. He spent time at such major wireless companies as Voicestream. Mr. Anderson has extensive experience in site development and acquisition. He also possesses excellent experience in the area of communications infrastructure startups, and has been involved in multiple mergers of key companies in that industry. Mr. Anderson has been involved in many far-reaching wireless and communication systems build outs as well. He earned a degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State University. Ron tries to work in some hunting time whenever possible, but the rapid growth of Airtel has prevented this from happening too much. He still does find the time to spend with his family and helping those in the community who are less fortunate.
