Rock Anderson is Director of Recruiting Services and Corporate Diversity for Siemens Corporation, a post he has held since September 2002. In this dual role, Rock is responsible for all Siemens USA recruiting and diversity programs, representing nearly 20 business units and 70,000 employees.

A board member of The United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, Community Investment Committee, and the Maynard Jackson Youth Foundation, Anderson is also the founder and First Chairman of the Atlanta Chapter of the St. Augustine High School Alumni Association. He is a certified trainer of "Face to Face" Selling Skills (The Forum Corporation) and Customer Service (Developmental Dimension International).
Anderson holds a Masters of Clinical Social Work from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts, Social Work from Dillard University. -
