   Rock Anderson is Director of Recruiting Services and Corporate Diversity for Siemens Corporation, a post he has held since September 2002. In this dual role, Rock is responsible for all Siemens USA recruiting and diversity programs, representing nearly 20 business units and 70,000 employees.
   
   Anderson brings more than 17 years of experience to his duties for Siemens Corporation. In his work to consolidate and align Siemens U.S. recruiting strategies, Anderson leads corporate recruiting departments in the attraction, selection and hiring of a workforce that is diverse in professional experience, age, cultural background and nationality. As a result of his efforts, the college campus perception of Siemens as employer of choice has risen from a national ranking of 95 to 88.
   
   His diversity work for Siemens focuses on creating and implementing corporate diversity strategies and policies, achieving strategy alignment between Siemens companies globally, and designing internal diversity training and education programs.
   
   Before joining Siemens, Anderson served as Vice President, Diversity Recruiting Director for Wachovia Corporation in Atlanta , Georgia . In addition to developing corporate strategies to attract diverse senior-level people, he co-managed key relationships with targeted colleges and universities and developed diversity recruiting plans for all lines of Wachovia's business. Prior to Wachovia, Anderson was national Vice President for INROADS, Inc., an international career development and human resources organization specializing in staffing senior, middle and college internship positions for corporate clients.
   
   A board member of The United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, Community Investment Committee, and the Maynard Jackson Youth Foundation, Anderson is also the founder and First Chairman of the Atlanta Chapter of the St. Augustine High School Alumni Association. He is a certified trainer of "Face to Face" Selling Skills (The Forum Corporation) and Customer Service (Developmental Dimension International).
   
   Anderson holds a Masters of Clinical Social Work from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts, Social Work from Dillard University.
