Mr. Anderson joined Van Kasper & Company in 1995 as a Senior Vice President in charge of Equity Trading and is responsible for a desk of 10 employees.

Prior to Van Kasper & Company, Mr. Anderson had spent 22 years at Lehman Brothers, which was his first job in the industry.He began his career in Lehman Brothers' New York office as a Trading Assistant where he was quickly promoted to an Over the Counter Trader.In 1978, after seven years in New York, Mr. Anderson was promoted to Managing Director of Over the Counter Trading and was asked to start up Lehman's trading desk in San Francisco.He accepted the challenge and successfully grew the new San Francisco desk to 12 employees.

Mr. Anderson dedicated two years to U.S. military service in Europe and the Southeast Asia after graduating from the University of Illinois with a B.A. Finance.
