Mr. Anderson is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey's Minneapolis office, where he focuses on merger and acquisition, capital raising, special situation and restructuring advisory. He is a member of the firm's Technical Standards Committee and co-founded the firm's corporate finance practice in Minneapolis. His extensive experience includes transactions in a wide variety of industries, including business services; consumer, food and retail; direct marketing; energy; financial institutions; industrial products, manufacturing and distribution; infrastructure services and materials; media and telecom; real estate, lodging and leisure; and transportation and logistics.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Anderson was with Goldsmith Agio Helms, where he executed numerous corporate and private equity group divestitures and private company sellside transactions. Earlier, he was with Capital Resource Advisors, a management consulting practice in San Francisco, where he advised public and private companies regarding mergers, acquisitions, strategic organizational transformations and restructurings. Earlier, he worked at Banc of America Securities (formerly Montgomery Securities) in San Francisco, where he was responsible for advising public and private companies regarding M&A activities, capital raising, delivering fairness opinions and identifying and evaluating private equity opportunities for that firm''s investment.

Mr. Anderson graduated with honors in economics from Harvard University. He is also registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63).
