PHIL ANDERSON
Mr. Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer of the Global TeleExchange (The GTX) with over 15 years of telecom experience both in the US and Europe. Mr. Anderson previously acted as Director of Operations for Andrews Corporation in Moscow, Russia where he had direct P/L responsibility for the switched services business unit. Mr. Anderson developed international, national and local circuit & digital switched voice, data, wireless, satellite and Internet services through the deployment of joint ventures and direct business development. In the US Mr. Anderson managed operations at MTEL Digital Services, Inc. in Los Angeles, where he deployed systems to transport voice, data and video utilizing both fiber and digital microwave technologies to meet customer needs. He also managed various telecom projects at Timeplex, Inc., IDB Communications Group, and served in the US Army as a Tactical Satellite and Microwave Systems Technician. Mr. Anderson speaks fluent Russian. He received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Florida State University
