   Peter D. Anderson, Senior Vice President, Director of U.S. Sales, is responsible for sales management for the United States as well as new business development and marketing in the Northeast region of the United States. Mr. Anderson is involved in marketing investment services to corporate retirement plans, public funds, and other institutional investors.
   
   Prior to joining Franklin Templeton Institutional, Mr. Anderson was a managing director with Bankers Trust Company, where he was responsible for marketing institutional retirement plans in the East Coast. Prior to this position, he worked for Citibank in New York and London in institutional sales and marketing.
   
   Mr. Anderson holds a B.S. in economics from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from Syracuse University. He holds NASD Series 6 and Series 7 licenses.
