   Emergency Room RN, WEMT-B. Peter is a professional mountain guide for Rainier Mountaineering Inc., Mt. Rainier Alpine Guides, International Mountain Guides, and the Northwest Mountain School. He is Avalanche Level II certified and a former member of the South Western Montana Avalanche Search and Rescue and Western Montana Mountain Rescue Teams. Peter worked as a hunting guide and tracker in South Africa and has traveled throughout the world climbing, skiing, hunting, and exploring.

   Peter Anderson Peter has been guiding on Mount Rainier since 1999. Peter is an avid outdoor enthusiast and world traveler. He has worked as a hunting guide in South Africa; climbed and trekked in Alaska, Mexico, New Zealand and Nepal; and pursued big wall climbing in Yosemite and Zion National Parks. Peter is also a member of the Black Diamond Equipment test team. When not hard at work for RMI, Peter resides in Montana where he works as an Emergency Room Nurse and teaches for Aerie Backcountry Medicine.
