   As the chief technology officer for CSCI, Peter Anderson is a technology strategist.He identifies new, innovative products which can satisfy information technology requirements that previously seemed unachievable.He looks ahead, endeavoring to keep CSCI's team on top of burgeoning federal government requirements for information security, modular certification and quality assurance.As a strategist, Mr. Anderson also assists government clients in formulating their information technology requirements and provides feedback on how those requirements may affect an agency's policies and procedures.Mr. Anderson is the visionary behind CSCI's unique secured information environment, Trusted Information InfrastructureÔ, or TIIÔ.He oversees the company's PL3, PL4 and upcoming PL5 security architectural design, development and implementation processes.And, Mr. Anderson works to expand CSCI's business opportunities by developing partnerships with associated businesses in the information technology community.Mr. Anderson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.He has also completed the Chief Information Officer Academy through the University of South Carolina.

   Mr. Anderson is responsible for the direction and management of the San Francisco investment staff.He also participates in the management of RCM through his membership on the firm's Management Committee.Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Anderson had established a consulting firm working closely with a major hedge fund.Mr. Anderson's career began at American Express Investment Management in San Francisco in 1968 as an analyst and portfolio manager.In 1975, he joined The St. Paul Company where he headed a ten-member equity investment group, as well as running real estate and oil / gas investments.In 1982, he joined IDS / American Express Financial Advisors (AEFA) where he ran the institutional asset management business.In 1990, Mr. Anderson took on responsibility for all equity investments at AEFA.Four years later, he was promoted to Senior Vice President in charge of all equity and fixed income investments.In 1997, Mr. Anderson became CIO of AEFA.In that role, he joined the company's senior management committee, as well as the board of American Express' mutual funds.He received his BA from Yale and his MBA from Wharton Graduate School.
