   Herkimer Area Resource Center Executive Director William Privett announced the promotions of Shawn Schultz and Patrick Anderson to leadership positions within the agency's Residential Services program.

   Patrick Anderson was named assistant director of Residential Services. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Supportive Apartment program and three residential homes in the community. Patrick has worked the past two years at HARC as a Medicaid service coordinator. He earned a master's degree in Sociology: Human Services Planning and Administration, and bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Corrections from Minnesota State University.
