   Pamela Anderson is an Associate Consultant with Hewitt Personnel, a division of Hewitt Partners International Management Consultants, Since 1987, Hewitt Partners has provided management consulting and executive search services to hospitals, managed care organizations, group practices and other healthcare firms.
   
   Ms. Anderson's professional background includes almost a decade of healthcare industry experience. Her extensive experience in the human resource profession includes recruitment for leadership positions, compensation and benefits administration, management training and development, organization design, and employee relations. She currently provides executive search and recruitment services to a variety of clients within the healthcare field.
   
   Prior to joining Hewitt Personnel, Ms. Anderson worked at Health International, a division of SHPS Healthcare Services as the Director of Human Resources dealing with key physician leaders, clinical, administrative, and professional areas in the medical field. In addition, she was in the human resources area at KRONOS Optimal Health specializing in healthcare recruitment.
   
   Ms. Anderson is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and other notable organizations.
   
   She received her undergraduate from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, MD and completed her Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ.

   Pamela P. Anderson Joins Crumley & Associates Asheboro, July 24, 2003 -- Pamela P. Anderson has joined Crumley & Associates, PC as director of human resources. A graduate of the University of Redlands in Redlands, CA, Anderson is a member of the National Society of Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Crumley & Associates, Anderson worked as a human resource consultant and a human resource manager in California and Nevada. Crumley & Associates, PC, the Triad's largest personal injury law firm, handles cases throughout North Carolina and maintains offices in Asheboro, Burlington, Greensboro, Hickory, High Point and Winston-Salem. Anderson is based in the firm's Asheboro office.
