   Paige Anderson was born in Flint, Michigan but raised in a number of states because her father was a career air force officer. She attended Frostburg State University in Maryland where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Social Sciences. She attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio and received her Masters of Arts degree in College Student Personnel Association. Paige then worked in residence life at Bluffton College, Ohio, and Georgia Southern College before coming to the midwest as Director of Housing at Northern State University. In 1988 she left education after 14 years for the private sector and joined the firm in 1995 as a legal secretary. Following a brief stint back in education, Paige rejoined the firm as the Office Administrator.
