   Norman Anderson, president of Dominion Lodging (Daleville, VA), is enthusiastic. "We have GEM Systems in all of our hotels," he says. "We don't build a hotel without them. We found our savings to be 20 to 38 percent, depending on what hotel" they were installed in.
   
   The system can tie into a hotel's PMS but Lodging Technology's Fizer doesn't think it's necessary. "It will not save any more energy," he says. "The only thing it might do is give you some management reports."
