   Nicole Anderson serves as the customer service representative for the California office. She works closely with construction contractors on all aspects of unit and building finalization, coordinates all homeowner inspections, unit handover and homeowner orientation. Furthermore, Anderson is the liason between the CLB office and the project homeowners.
   
   Before working with CLB Partners, Anderson was Director of Customer Service and Corporate Relations for BOSA Development California Inc. where she developed and managed the customer service department in San Diego, California. She also directed all public relation activities, sponsorship programs and events with organizations such as the Builder's Industry Association, San Diego Downtown Partnership and the Chamber of Commerce.
   
   Prior to her work with BOSA, Anderson worked for ASPAC Development Ltd., in Vancouver, British Columbia. She played a key role in the development of Waterfront Place, five residential highrises in Coal Harbor, Vancouver, from the projects initial stages to completion. She oversaw the coordination of marketing and merchandising strategy including the identification of a target market, the development and execution of all sales materials and the media campaign. In addition, Anderson conferred with the architectural team and interior designer to critique and implement floor plans and overall building layout. The total sales volume for the development was in excess of $500 million.
   
   Furthermore, Anderson has experience in catering sales. She supervised, directed and managed the catering, banquet and convention service staff for Hyatt Hotels Corporation in British Columbia. Her responsibilities specialized in Hyatt's social and corporate markets.
   
   Anderson received her degree in Management and Business at the Hosta Hotel and Tourism School in Leysin, Switzerland. She was also a member of the Urban Development Institute in Vancouver, British Columbia.
