   President Anderson called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as corrected.

   1. Ms. Anderson referred to the April 23, 2003 Pantagraph article which stated that the Bloomington city council wanted the BPL to pursue a joint venture with NPL.

   3. Ms. Anderson attended the April 14 TIF hearing. There were 8 citizens in attendance with 6 stating approval while 2 were opposed. 4. Ms. Anderson, Ms. White, Ms. Reeves, and Ms. Carter attended the April 18 ALS workshop on long range planning.

   6. Ms. Anderson thanked the Board, Mr. Wegman, and the library staff for all their help during her tenure as Board president.
