   During his twenty-four year career, Anderson has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of venture backed, emerging growth companies in the biotechnology segments. Anderson is experienced in technology, including biotechnology and healthcare, e-commerce solutions to businesses and consumers, financial services, public and private financings, mergers & acquisitions, integrations, strategic architecture & financial planning, manufacturing, system implementations, and leadership development.
   
   Most recently as a Partner with The SAGE Group, Anderson lead the expansion of a strategic plan that delivered double-digit revenue growth and 5% margin improvement in the first year. As Vice President of HaloSource, Inc. he rebuilt and integrated finance, manufacturing and administrative functions following the merger of this venture-backed bioscience start-up. As Senior Vice President of MedManage Systems, Inc., Anderson executed two venture investment equity rounds in a difficult financing environment, providing the necessary capital for the accomplishment of key milestones. As Vice President, CFO - Americas at Getty Images, Inc., he lead integration of five acquisitions and was responsible for the P&L execution of the GettyOne division that was accountable for approximately $400 million in sales.
   
   As a Tatum Partner, Anderson will leverage his executive leadership experience to grow and enhance Tatum's current services in the Pacific Northwest.
   
   Anderson holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Biola University.
