   Michael R. Anderson Michael R. Anderson is our staff psychologist. Well immersed in the human side of organizational change, he works closely with senior executives in the hiring, redeployment, or retraining of employees. With his background in psychology as well as theology and philosophy, Michael helps his clients to resolve many issues that are not easily addressed in today's litigious business atmosphere.
   
   His interest in family owned corporations lead him to associate with TDF Systems/Impact TDF and to conduct training as an organizational development specialist. Michael is particularly effective in conducting searches that require bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and trans-cultural skills. In addition to Spanish, he is also fluent in German and Italian.
   
   Michael has a BA double major in psychology and philosophy from St. Mary's University, San Antonio, Texas; an STB (bachelor in theology) from The Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.; an STL (licentiate in theology) Philosophische-teologicae Hochscule Sankt Georgen, Frankfurt, Germany; a JCB/JCL bachelor and licentiate in canon law, University of St. Paul, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; and a PhD in counseling psychology, University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. At present he maintains professional certifications as a mediator, sexual therapist, addiction counselor, as well as an organizational/business consultant. He serves on the Texas State board for mediators.
