   Michael graduated from Cambridge University with a first class honours degree in Law. After five years in the City as a financial commodities trader, Michael owned and managed a business specialising in printing on plastic for twelve years. In 1998 he graduated from London Business School's Sloan programme with distinction. For four years after that, he was the Managing Director of knowledge=power, a company specialising in the development of solutions for the creation of e-learning programmes. He now holds several non-executive positions and investments in unquoted companies. He is also a director of Business Plan Services, the country's leading company dedicated to all aspects of business planning.
