   Attorney Michael L. Anderson joined his father, Carl, and brother, Christopher, in the practice of law in 2004, handling commercial and residential real estate as well as personal injury and workers' compensation claims. Michael takes great pride in the fact that this is a family law firm, and he makes it a point to let each client know that our family is here to assist your family with any legal issue.
   
   Michael earned his Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 2004. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut in 1996 and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1993. He is a graduate of Norwich Free Academy, Class of 1989.
   
   Michael is a member of the Connecticut and New London County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the Unites States District Court, District of Connecticut. As with all the attorneys in the firm, Michael is thoroughly committed to protecting a crucial component of our democracy, the civil jury system. In that regard, he is an active member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Justice, organizations whose main goal is to protect this most valuable institution.
   
   He and his wife, Heather, currently reside in Voluntown with the light of their life - daughter, Ellen.

   About Mike Anderson:
   
   Mike joined Mediacom North in October as a Media Executive, after finally deciding that graduating once is enough. He has joined the Connect team, and is looking forward to some serious negotiating on rates!
   
   He has long been affiliated with the world of media, since his high profile appearance in the Stars in Their Eyes backing choir (aged 11). A firm interest in music is demonstrated through a shameful alphabetically ordered CD collection!
   
   Mike also appreciates the vast amount of work parties that he is invited to attend!
