   Mr. Anderson joined Crowe Capital Markets LLC after several years in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Private Placements groups at ABN AMRO in both New York and Chicago. He has extensive experience in advising companies on divestitures, acquisitions and valuation issues, as well as on private financings in the debt capital markets. Prior to ABN AMRO, Mr. Anderson worked for Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, focusing on valuations, opinions, ESOPs, and sell-side advisory services. Mr. Anderson has also worked at The World Bank, where he performed extensive emerging markets analysis, and Barrington Research Associates, where he conducted equity research on publicly traded middle market companies.
   
   Mr. Anderson has a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in government from St. Lawrence University.
