   Matthew J. Anderson is Managing Director of Rosen Consulting Group and is responsible for managing the firm, including strategic direction, client service and new business development. He joined the firm in 1990, and has been involved in virtually all aspects of the business since then. His previous responsibilities include leading RCG's international and capital markets research efforts, and building RCG's economic and real estate models.
   
   Mr. Anderson has written several articles on the REIT sector for RCG's money management affiliate, including perspectives on REITs' relationship to stocks and bonds, as well as underlying real estate value. He also led the effort to create the firm's company valuation model, which provided an input to portfolio decision-making.
   
   Mr. Anderson earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley in 1990, with emphases in Real Estate and Finance. He received a B.A. in German Literature with College and Department Honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1985.
